We currently deliver across Gauteng, with a focus on Johannesburg and nearby areas.

When we deliver
Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00.

How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 24 hours once payment is confirmed. Some suburbs may arrive the next business day. If there is any delay, we will let you know.

Who delivers
Our team and trusted delivery partners handle your order with care from pick and pack to your door.

Delivery fees
Fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and basket size.

Order confirmation and payment
We start preparing your order after payment confirmation. If we need any supporting documents for verification, we will contact you before dispatch.

If you miss a delivery
If no one is available to receive and sign at the address, we will notify you and reschedule as soon as possible.

Freshness and damage
If anything arrives damaged or not fresh, tell us within 24 hours. We will replace the item or credit your account.

Wrong items or quantities
If you receive the wrong item or quantity, contact us right away. We will collect the incorrect items and replace them as soon as possible.

Stock and substitutions
Fresh stock changes daily. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a suitable substitute or a prompt refund for that item.
